Little fluid fluctuation during casting, resistant to dross, no leakage 3. The casting table is precision-machined, with more accurately sized and more accurately aligned assembly holes for installing the crystallizer, allowing for easy disassembly. 4. The trapeziform opening in the transfer plate prevents it from being spattered by molten aluminum, resulting in a longer service life 5. The cross feeder and transition plate are made in one piece to prevent liquid aluminum seepage and avoid dents on the surface of the billet, which reduces the cost of the thimble 6. Launder with U-block helps prevent parts like the thimble from getting damaged when aluminum dross is cleaned out, and reduces the formation of oxide film 7. The starting head base is precision-machined. Each starting head has been precision-leveled to avoid leakages of molten aluminum and prevent the starting head from sticking when casting is started.
